摘要
铁死亡是一种新的细胞死亡形式,它不同于细胞凋亡、自噬、坏死、焦亡,其主要涉及细胞内脂类过氧化导致的活性氧的沉积和铁离子稳态的紊乱.铁死亡在许多疾病系统中都起到明显作用,已经成为现在研究的重点.骨质疏松症作为2型糖尿病常见的诸多并发症之一,其与铁死亡有十分密切的关系,但目前铁死亡在2型糖尿病骨质疏松症发病机制目前尚未明确.因此,需要进一步探讨铁死亡在2型糖尿病骨质疏松症发生和发展中的作用.本文就糖尿病骨质疏松症中铁死亡的最新研究进展进行综述,以期为糖尿病骨质疏松症铁死亡的治疗提供新的方向.
Abstract
