布地奈德福莫特罗早期强化治疗哮喘稳定期伴发急性上呼吸道感染的临床观察

摘要
目的 探讨布地奈德福莫特罗早期强化治疗哮喘稳定期伴发急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效.方法 选取我院2019年8月至2021年8月收治的86例哮喘稳定期伴发急性上呼吸道感染患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,其中43例观察组患者实施常规治疗+布地奈德福莫特罗早期强化治疗,43例观察组患者仅实施常规治疗.比较两组患者治疗后相关临床症状改善时间、住院时间与疗效.结果 治疗后观察组喘息缓解时间(2.96±0.49)d、哮鸣音消失时间(4.06±0.67)d、肺部湿啰音消失时间(4.28±0.79)d与住院时间(6.72±1.33)d均短于对照组喘息缓解时间(3.98±0.87)d、哮鸣音消失时间(5.86±1.02)d、肺部湿啰音消失时间(6.45±1.58)d与住院时间(7.89±1.54)d;治疗后观察组显效22例,有效19例,对照组显效16例,有效19例,观察组总治疗有效率95.35％显著比对照组81.40％高(P＜0.05).结论 布地奈德福莫特罗早期强化治疗能有效控制哮喘,改善相关临床症状,提高疗效,促进患者恢复,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of early intensive treatment of acute upper respiratory tract in-fection with budesonide and formoterol in stable asthma.Methods Eighty-six patients with stable acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=43)treated with routine treatment+early intensive treatment with budesonide formoterol,and a control group(n=43)treated with routine treatment only.The time to disappearance of relevant clinical symptoms,length of hospital stay and effi-cacy after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,wheezing relief time was(2.96± 0.49)d,wheezing disappearance time was(4.06±0.67)d,pulmonary moist rales disappearance time was(4.28±0.79)d and hospital stay was(6.72±1.33)d in the observation group,lower than(3.98±0.87)d,(5.86±1.02)d,(6.45± 1.58)d and(7.89±1.54)d in the control group.After treatment,22 cases were significantly effective and 19 cases were ef-fective in observation group,16 cases were significantly effective and 19 cases were effective in control group;The effective rate of 95.35％in observation group was significantly higher than that of 81.40％in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Early intensive treatment with budesonide formoterol can effectively control asthma,improve related clinical symptoms and efficacy,and promote the recovery of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
