氯吡格雷片联合丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及凝血功能的影响

摘要
目的 探讨氯吡格雷片联合丹红注射液对急性脑梗死(AC1)患者神经功能及凝血功能的影响.方法 选取医院2020年3月～2021年6月收治的ACI患者85例,将其随机分成对照组(n=42)、试验组(n=43).对照组予氯吡格雷片治疗,于此基础上,试验组联用丹红注射液治疗.治疗2周后,对比两组疗效、神经功能[改良爱丁堡-斯堪的纳维亚评分(MESSS)]、凝血功能[纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)]及不良反应率.结果 治疗2周后,试验组总有效率显著高于对照组,有统计学差异(P＜0.05);治疗2周后,两组MESSS评分均下降,且较对照组,试验组MESSS评分更低,有统计学差异(P＜0.05);治疗2周后,两组APTT、PT均延长,FIB、D-D水平均降低,且较对照组,试验组APTT、PT更长,FIB、D-D水平更低,有统计学差异(P＞0.05);两组不良发应率相比,无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论 氯吡格雷片联合丹红注射液可改善ACI患者凝血功能,加速其神经功能恢复,提高疗效,且安全性较好.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of clopidogrel tablets combined with Danhong injection on neurological function and coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Eighty-five patients with ACI admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=42)and experimental group(n=43).The control group was treated with clopidogrel tablets,and on this basis,the experimental group was treated with Danhong injection.After 2 weeks of treatment,the efficacy,neurological function[modified Edin-burgh-Scandinavia score(MESSS)],coagulation function[fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D),activated partial thromboplas-tin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)]and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the MESSS scores of the two groups were decreased,and the MESSS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,APTT and PT were prolonged,FIB and D-D levels were decreased in the two groups,and com-pared with the control group,APTT and PT in the experimental group were longer,FIB and D-D levels were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel tablets combined with Danhong injection can improve the co-agulation function,accelerate the recovery of neurological function,improve the efficacy and safety of patients with ACI.
