摘要
目的 探究培训-家庭康复训练联合机器人对孤独症患儿症状、发育商和行为状态的影响.方法 选取我院2021年1月～2022年7月收治的56例孤独症患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=28例)和对照组(n=28例).其中对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用培训-家庭康复训练联合机器人.比较两组患者干预前后孤独症状、发育商、行为状态及疗效.结果 干预后,两组患儿孤独症状、行为状态评分同干预前比较均降低,且观察组降低幅度更明显(P＜0.05),两组患儿发育商同干预前比较均升高,且观察组升高幅度更明显(P＜0.05);观察组患儿干预总有效率为92.86％(26/28)显著高于对照组干预总有效率71.43％(21/28)(P＜0.05).结论 培训-家庭康复训练联合机器人可改善孤独患儿症状,提高行为状态,促进发育,值得临床推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of training-home rehabilitation training combined with robot on symp-toms,developmental quotient and behavioral status of autistic children.Methods Fifty-six children with autism admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group accord-ing to a random number table,28 cases for each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group received training-home rehabilitation training combined with robots on the basis of the control group.Loneliness symptoms,developmental quotient,behavioral status and efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of loneliness symptoms and behavioral status in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the decrease was more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).The developmental quotient in the two groups was higher than that before the intervention,and the increase was more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).The overall response rate of the intervention in the observation group was 92.86％(26/28),which was significantly higher than 71.43％(21/28)in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Training-home rehabilitation training combined with robot can improve the symptoms,behavioral status and development of lonely children.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
