比较椎管内麻醉与全麻对骨科手术术后影响

摘要
目的 对比全身麻醉与椎管内麻醉对骨科手术术后影响.方法 选取2019年4月-2020年4月我院收治的200例骨科手术患者,按随机数字表法分为A、B两组.A组行全身麻醉,B组行椎管内麻醉.比较两组手术相关指标、术后并发症.结果 B组手术时间、术后下床活动时间及住院时间短于A组(P＜0.05),术中出血量低于A组(P＜0.05)o B组术后呼吸感染、泌尿感染及认知障碍发生率低于A组(P＜0.05).结论 椎管内麻醉相对于全身麻醉可有效缩短骨科手术患者手术时间,减少术中出血量,且降低并发症发生率,推荐使用.
Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of general anesthesia and spinal anesthesia on postoperative orthopaedic surgery.Methods A total of 200 orthopedic surgery patients admitted to Xuchang Beihai Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into two groups A and B according to the random number table method.Group A received general anesthesia,and group B received intraspinal anesthesia.The operation-related indicators and postoperative complica-tions were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative ambulation time and hospital stay in group B were shorter than those in group A(P＜0.05),and the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that in group A(P＜0.05).The incidences of postoperative respiratory infection,urinary infection and cognitive impairment in group B were lower than those in group A(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with general anesthesia,spinal anesthesia can effec-tively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.It is recommended.
