三七安神汤治疗急性脑梗死后痰热内扰型睡眠障碍的临床观察

摘要
目的 探究三七安神汤治疗急性脑梗死后气滞血瘀型睡眠障碍的临床观察.方法 选取我院2020年1月～2021年10月收治的急性脑梗死患者68例为研究对象.采用随机分组法分为观察组与对照组两组各34例.对照组采用佐匹克隆治疗,观察组在此基础上联合使用三七安神汤治疗.观察两组患者治疗前后睡眠质量(Pitts-burgh sleeo quality index,PSQI)水平.观察两组患者临床疗效与不良反应.结果 治疗前两组患者PSQI评分无统计学差异(P＞0.05).治疗后观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后观察组临床总有效率为94.12％显著高于对照组11.76％(x2=4.220,P=0.039).治疗后观察组总不良反应为8.82％略低于对照组11.76％,但两组患者总不良反应率无统计学差异(x2=0.159,P=0.689).结论 三七安神汤能有效缓解急性脑梗死痰热内扰患者睡眠障碍、提高临床疗效和降低不良发应发生率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sanqi Anshen decoction in the treatment of sleep disorder of phlegm-heat attacking internally syndrome in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-eight patients with acute cerebral infraction in hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were enrolled,and randomly divided into two groups,each with 34 cases.Control group received zopiclone treatment,based on this,observation group received Sanqi An-shen decoction.Then patients were assessed using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and the clinical efficacy and ad-verser reaction rate were compared between groups.Results Baseline PSQI score yielded no statistical difference between groups(P＞0.05),while PSQI score was remarkably higher in observation group than in control group(P＜0.05).The clinical efficacy rate was 94.12％in observation group,which was higher than 11.76％in control group(x2=4.220,P=0.039).The total adverser reaction rate was 8.82％in observation group,which was slightly lower than 11.76％in control group,with no statistical difference(x2=0.159,P=0.689).Conclusion Application of Sanqi Anshen decoction in the treatment of sleep disorder of phlegm-heat attacking internally syndrome in patients with acute cerebral infarction can effec-tively ameliorate the clinical symptoms and reduce the adverse reactions.
