保护性约束管理预防院内长期卧床患者压疮发生的效果

摘要
目的 探讨保护性约束管理对预防院内长期卧床患者压疮发生的效果.方法 选取2021年1月～2022年1月收治的长期卧床患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予保护性约束管理,比较两组患者约束部位皮肤情况、压红出现时间和消退时间和患者或家属的护理满意度.结果 结果显示,观察组约束部位皮肤完整无压红的患者人数多于对照组,完整有压红和发展成Ⅰ期压疮的患者人数均少于对照组;压红出现时间迟于对照组、压红消退时间短于对照组;护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 实行保护性约束管理能够有效预防院内压疮的发生,提高患者及家属的护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of protective restraint management on preventing hospital-acquired pressure ulcers in long-term bedridden patients.Methods One hundred and twenty bedridden patients in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were enrolled,and divided into two groups by random number table method,each with 60 ca-ses.Control group received routine nursing,based on this,observation group received protective restraint management.Then the skin condition at the restraint site,the appearance and fading time of pressure redness and the nursing satisfaction of pa-tients or their families were compared between two groups.Results The number of patients with intact skin without pres-sure redness in observation group was more than that in control group,and the number of patients with intact pressure red-ness and development of stage Ⅰ pressure ulcer was smaller than that in control group.Observation group had delayed ap-pearance time of pressure redness and faster fading time of pressure redness compared with control group.The nursing satis-faction rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of protective restraint management can effectively prevent the occurrence of hospital-acquired pressure ulcers in long-term bedridden patients and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and their families.
