针对性护理对乳肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者的影响

摘要
目的 探讨针对性护理干预对肉芽肿性乳腺炎(granulomatous mastitis,GM)的影响.方法 选择2020年8月至2021年12月我院收治的62例行乳腺导管灌注联合三才配穴疗法治疗后的肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者为研究对象,采用随机分组,分为对照组和研究组,对照组29例患者采用常规护理干预,研究组33例患者采用针对性护理干预.比较两组患者干预前及干预后(1、2、3个月)视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、生命质量评分和护理满意度.结果 两组患者干预前VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),研究组患者1个月、2个月、3个月后VAS评分低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);与护理前相比,干预后两组患者认知、情绪、身体功能及总体健康得到改善差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组患者命质量评分高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组总体满意率(96.97％)高于对照组(75.86％)差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 GM患者采取针对性护理干预,对于降低GM患者疼痛程度、促进患者康复有积极作用,同时能提升患者生命质量和满意度,降低护患纠纷发生风险,临床应用价值较高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of corresponding nursing intervention on the clinical effect of granulomatous mastitis(GM).Methods 62 patients with granulomatous mastitis treated by breast duct perfusion combined with Sancai acupoint matching therapy in our hospital from August 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group.29 patients in the control group received routine nursing interven-tion,and 33 patients in the study group received targeted nursing intervention.Visual analog scale(VAS),quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention(1,2,3 months).Results There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).The VAS scores of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group after 1 month,2 months and 3 months(P＜0.05);Compared with that before nursing,the cognitive,emotional,physical function and overall health of patients in the two groups improved significantly after intervention(P＜0.05);The life quality score of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05);The overall satisfaction rate of the study group(96.97％)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.86％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention plays a positive role in reducing the pain degree of patients and promoting the rehabilitation of GM patients.At the same time,it can improve the EORTC and patient satisfaction and reduce the risk of nurse-patient disputes.It has high clinical application value.
