摘要
目的 评析Ⅱ级以上高血压病人选择"苯磺酸氨氯地平+厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪"这两种药物的临床应用价值.方法 以80例Ⅱ级以上高血压病人为研究对象,对其科学分成2小组,其分别是:实验组(苯磺酸氨氯地平+厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪)与对照组(苯磺酸氨氯地平),统计对比2组的临床疗效、不良反应率、血压及心率等指标变化;另外,还需要统计对比2组的生活质量、肾功能水平等.结果 两组患者的疗效、治疗安全性和治疗后的血压水平等指标差异有统计学意义,其中实验组的各项观察指标改善情况均要优于对照组,P＜0.05.结论 Ⅱ级以上高血压患者联用苯磺酸氨氯地平+厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪能够发挥积极的降压作用,同时其临床应用疗效相对安全,有利于提高病患的肾功能,促使其睡眠质量、生活品质等得到显著提高,所以临床一线应用功能突出.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of amlodipine besylate+irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in patients with hypertension above grade Ⅱ.Methods 80 patients with hypertension of grade Ⅱ or above were studied and scientifically divided into two groups:the experimental group(amlodipine besylate+irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide)and the control group(amlodipine besylate).The clinical efficacy,adverse reaction rate,blood pressure,heart rate,and other in-dicators of the two groups were statistically compared;In addition,it is necessary to statistically compare the quality of life,renal function levels,etc.between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in the efficacy,treatment safe-ty,and post treatment blood pressure levels between the two groups of patients,with the experimental group showing better improvement in all observed indicators compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of amlo-dipine besylate and irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide can exert a positive antihypertensive effect in patients with hypertension of grade Ⅱ or above.At the same time,its clinical application efficacy is relatively safe,which is beneficial for improving the renal function of patients,promoting significant improvements in their sleep quality,quality of life,etc.Therefore,its first-line clinical application function is prominent.
