摘要
目的 探究APOA-Ⅰ、APOC1与胃癌术前临床分期、肿瘤因子表达水平关系研究.方法 采用回顾性分析选取我院2020年1月~2022年1月收治的93例胃癌组织和93例癌旁正常胃黏膜组织标本.分析观察APOA-Ⅰ、APOC1与临床病理基本因素及肿瘤表达因子CA125、CEA的水平相关性研究.结果 低APOA-Ⅰ表达与高APOA-Ⅰ表达在年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移方面比较无显著差异(P>0.05).高APOA-Ⅰ 表达 CA125、CEA 水平显著高于低 APOA-Ⅰ 表达(x2=10.628、7.769,P=0.001、0.005).高 APOA-Ⅰ 表达TNM分期显著高于低APOA-Ⅰ表达(x2=5.036,P=0.024).低APOC1表达与高APOC1表达在年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移方面比较无显著差异(P>0.05).高APOC1表达CA125、CEA水平显著高于低 APOC1 表达(x2=6.196、11.448,P=0.012、0.001).高 APOC1 表达 TNM 分期显著高于低 APOC1 表达(x2=2.514,P=0.112).结论 APOA-Ⅰ、APOC 1与胃癌术前临床分期和肿瘤因子CEA、CA125呈现正相关.
Abstract
Objective To study the correlation of apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ(APOA-Ⅰ)and apolipoprotein C-Ⅰ(APOC1)expres-sions with preoperative clinical staging and tumor factor expressions in patients with gastric cancer.Methods The gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric mucosal tissues were collected from 93 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022.Then the correlation of APOA-Ⅰ and APOC1 expressions with clinicopathological factors and tumor factors[carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA)]was discussed.Results The low APOA-Ⅰ expression and high APOA-Ⅰ expression groups yielded no statistical difference in terms of age,gender,tumor diam-eter,degree of differentiation,depth of infiltration,and lymph node metastasis(all P>0.05).The CA125 and CEA levels of high APOA-Ⅰ expression group were significantly higher than those of low APOA-Ⅰ expression group(x2=10.628,7.769,P=0.001,0.005).TNM stage of high APOA-Ⅰ expression group was significantly higher than that of the low APOA-Ⅰ ex-pression group(x2=5.036,P=0.024).The age,gender,tumor diameter,degree of differentiation,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis demonstrated no statistical difference between the low and high APOC1 expression groups(P>0.05).The levels of CA125 and CEA in high APOC1 expression group were significantly higher than those in low APOC1 expression group(x2=6.196,11.448,P=0.012,0.001).The TNM stage of high APOC1 expression group was significant-ly higher than that of low APOC1 expression group(x2=2.514,P=0.112).Conclusion APOA-Ⅰ and APOC1 are posi-tively correlated with preoperative clinical stage and tumor factors CEA and CA125 of gastric cancer.
