摘要
目的 探讨白细胞介素-34(interleukin-34,IL-34)及前列腺素E2(Prostaglandin E2,PGE2)、趋化因子CXC配体9(Chemokine CXC ligand 9,CXCL9)在幽门螺旋杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染与慢性萎缩性胃炎病人外周血中表达意义.方法 选取我院2021年1月至2022年12月收治的84慢性萎缩性胃炎病人作为研究对象,根据快速尿素酶法检测Hp水平,检测出Hp阳性为阳性组(n=52例),Hp阴性为阴性组(n=32例),同期健康体检者作为对照组(n=50例),分别测定三组研究对象中IL-34、PGE2、趋化因子CXCL9表达水平,并与Hp感染与慢性萎缩性胃炎进行相关性分析.结果 阳性组IL-34表达水平高于阴性组、对照组(P＜0.05),阴性组IL-34表达水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).阳性组PGE2表达水平低于阴性组、对照组(P＜0.05),阴性组PGE2表达水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).阳性组CXCL9表达水平高于阴性组、对照组(P＜0.05),阴性组CXCL9表达水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).IL-34、CXCL9与Hp感染与慢性萎缩性胃炎呈正相关(r=0.746,0.695,P＜0.001),PGE2与Hp感染与慢性萎缩性胃炎呈负相关(r=-0.676,P＜0.001).结论 Hp感染与慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的IL-34和趋化因子CXCL9表达水平升高,PGE2表达水平降低,对临床早期筛查、病情的评估具有重要意义.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression significance of interleukin-34(IL-34),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and chemokine CXC ligand 9(CXCL9)in peripheral blood of patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and chronic a-trophic gastritis.Methods Eighty-four patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected.Accordingto the detection of Hp by rapid urease method,they were divided into Hp positive group(n=52 cases)and Hp negative group(n=32 cases),and healthy subjects in the same period were used as the control group(n=50 cases).The expression levels of IL-34,PGE2 and chemokine CXCL9 in the three groups were measured,and the correlation analysis was performed over Hp infection and chronic atrophic gastritis.Results The expression level of IL-34 in positive group was higher than that in negative group and control group(P.The expression level of PGE2 in the posi-tive group was lower than that in the negative group and the control group(P.The expression level of CXCL9 in positive group was higher than that in negative group and control group(P.IL-34,CXCL9 and Hp infection were positively correlated with chronic atrophic gastritis(r=0.746,0.695,P＜0.001),while PGE2 and Hp infection were negatively correlated with chronic atrophic gastritis(r=-0.676,P＜0.001).Conclusion The expression levels of IL-34 and chemokine CXCL9 are increased,but the expression level of PGE2 is decreased in patients with Hp infection and chronic atrophic gastritis.It is of great significance in early clinical screening and disease evaluation.
