升阳益胃汤辅助硫糖铝混悬液治疗隆起糜烂性胃炎的疗效分析

摘要
目的 探究升阳益胃汤辅助硫糖铝混悬液治疗隆起糜烂性胃炎的疗效.方法 选取本院2020年1月至2020年9月收治的126例隆起糜烂性胃炎患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=63)和研究组(n=63),对照组行硫糖铝混悬液治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予升阳益胃汤治疗.对比2组治疗前后中医症候评分,比较2组临床疗效,记录2组药物安全性情况.结果 治疗前1d,2组中医症候评分对比无显著性差异(P＞0.05);治疗3个月后,2组中医症候评分均比治疗前1d低(P＜0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P＜0.05).研究组临床疗效有效率(96.83％)比对照组高(84.13％),2组对比有显著性差异(P＜0.05).两组总不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 对隆起糜烂性胃炎采用硫糖铝混悬液联合升阳益胃汤治疗,可改善临床症状,提高临床疗效有效率,且安全性较好.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction assisted by sucralfate suspension in the treat-ment of protuberant erosive gastritis.Methods From January 2020 to September 2020,126 patients with protuberance ero-sive gastritis admitted to the Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group(n=63)and a study group(n=63).The control group was treated with sucralfate suspension,and the study group was treated with Shengyang Yiwei Decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.And the safety of the two groups of drugs were recorded.Results 1 day before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of Chinese Medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P＞0.05),after 3 months of treatment,the Chinese Medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were both lower than the 1 day before treatment(P＜0.05),and the study group was lower than the control Group(P＜0.05).The effective rate of clinical curative effect in the study group(96.83％)was higher than that in the con-trol group(84.13％),there was a significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).There was no statistically signif-icant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The use of su-cralfate suspension combined with Shengyang Yiwei Decoction for the treatment of protuberant erosive gastritis can improve clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficacy and effectiveness,and has good safety.
