摘要
目的 探究髌骨全切术(CP)和髌骨部分切除术(PP)两种术式治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的近远期疗效.方法 回顾性分析2015年4月至2017年5月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的58例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者资料,按手术方式分为CP组(n=27)和PP组(n=31),比较术后6个月及随访3年后两组患者大腿周径、膝关节活动功能及疼痛程度.结果 两组患者术后6个月及随访3年后大腿周径差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);膝关节活动功能比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),术后3年膝关节活动功能评分低于术后6个月,(P＜0.05);VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 PP和CP两种术式治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的近远期疗效不存在差异,两组远期随访患者术后运动功能评分较低.
Abstract
Objective To explore the short-and long-term curative effects of total patella resection(CP)and partial pa-tella resection(PP)in the treatment of comminuted patella fractures.Methods To retrospectively analyze the data of 58 pa-tients with comminuted patella fractures admitted to The first affiliated hospital of Henan University of Science and Technol-ogy from April 2015 to May 2017.Divided into CP group(n=27)and PP group(n=31)according to the operation method.After six months of operation and three years of follow-up,the two groups of patients'thigh circumference,knee joint move-ment function and The degree of pain is compared.Results There was no significant difference in thigh circumference be-tween the two groups of patients 6 months after operation and 3 years after follow-up(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the function of knee joint movement(P＞0.05),and the score of knee joint movement function at 3 years after operation was lower than that at 6 months after operation(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores(P＞0.05).Conclusion There is no difference in the short-term and long-term efficacy of PP and CP in the treat-ment of comminuted patella fractures,and the two groups of long-term follow-up patients have lower postoperative motor function scores.
