单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合糖皮质激素治疗头面部带状疱疹的疗效分析

摘要
目的 观察系统应用单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合糖皮质激素治疗头面部带状疱疹的疗效.方法 选取2020年8月～2023年8月就诊于北京市石景山医院皮肤科门诊,诊断为头面部带状疱疹患者153例,根据治疗方法不同随机分为联合治疗组、单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗组及糖皮质激素治疗组,对比三组患者治疗效果的差异.结果 联合治疗组患者治疗后疼痛缓解时间、止疱时间、结痂时间、皮疹痊愈时间均短于其他两组.糖皮质激素治疗组疼痛缓解时间及结痂时间短于单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗组.治疗6周末,三组的视觉模拟量表(the Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分均降低,联合治疗组低于其他两组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),其他两组间无差异(P＞0.05).治疗90d三组PHN发生率无差异(P＞0.05).结论 系统应用单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合糖皮质激素治疗头面部带状疱疹可以促进临床症状的恢复,减轻带状疱疹相关疼痛程度,具有积极的临床意义.
Abstract
Objective To observation the clinical efficacy of Adenosine Monophosphate combined with glucocorticoid treatment on patients with head and facial herpetic zoster.Methods 153 patients with head and facial herpetic zoster who visited the dermatology outpatient department of Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were ran-domly divided into combination treatment group,adenosine monophosphate treatment group and glucocorticoid treatment group,based on different treatment.Three group patients were compared with treatment effect.Results The Time to pain relief,blister formation,scab formation and skin lesion heal were shorter in combination treatment groups than in the other two groups(P＜0.05).The Time to pain relief time and scab formation were shorter in the glucocorticoid treatment group than in the adenosine monophosphate treatment group(P＜0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)of all three groups decreased,and the combined treatment group was lower than the other two groups(P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference between the other two groups(P＞0.05).90 days after the treatment,no significant difference in the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)was observed among the three groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of adenosine monophosphate combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of head and facial herpes zoster can promote the recovery of clinical symptoms,reduce the degree of herpes zoster-associated pain,and have positive clinical significance.
