不用骨移植材对穿牙槽嵴顶上颌窦底提升术疗效的影响

摘要
目的 分析穿牙槽嵴顶上颌窦底提升术中不使用骨移植材料的效果.方法 选择医院2019年1月至2020年1月诊治的后牙区游离缺失患者80例.用随机数字法将其分成使用组和未使用组,例数均为40例.使用组患者接受穿牙槽嵴顶上颌窦底提升术同期植入种植体治疗,未使用组患者接受穿牙槽嵴顶上颌窦底提升术同期不使用骨移植材料治疗.比较两组患者临床疗效、疼痛、美观满意率和并发症.结果 未使用组患者成功率高于使用组(P＜0.05),失败率低于使用组(P＜0.05).未使用组患者术后3d(2.47±0.14)、7d(1.14±0.11)VAS评分低于使用组(P＜0.05).未使用组患者美观总满意率高于使用组(P＜0.05).未使用组患者并发症总率低于使用组(P＜0.05).结论 穿牙槽嵴顶上颌窦底提升术同期植入种植体使用与不使用骨移植材料效果相比,其中不使用骨移植材料能提升临床疗效,减少疼痛和并发症,且美观性较好,建议使用.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effectiveness of transcrestal maxillary sinus floor elevation without the use of bone grafting material.Methods Eighty posterior maxillary edentulous cases in our hospital from January 2019 to January 020 were enrolled,and classified into two groups by random number table methods,each with 40 cases.Use group received tran-screstal maxillary sinus floor elevation and simultaneous implant installation with the use of bone grafting material,while un-used group received transcrestal maxillary sinus floor elevation and simultaneous implant installation without the use of bone grafting material.Then the comparison was performed on the clinical outcomes,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,aesthetic satisfaction degree and complication rate between the two groups.Results Compared with use group,unused group had sig-nificantly high rate of successful surgery and lower failure rate,with statistical difference(all P＜0.05).VAS scores at post-operative 3 d and 7 d were(2.47±0.14)and(1.14±0.11)in unused group,and the scores at the corresponfing time points were significantly lower in unused group than in use group after operation(all P＜0.05).Compared with use group,unused group had significantly higher satisfaction rate and lower complication rate,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion Compared with the use of bone grafting material,transcrestal maxillary sinus floor elevation and simultaneous implant installation without the use of bone grafting material has milder pain degree,lower complication rate,and better aesthetic effect,which is worthy of recommendation.
