预见性气道护理模式在ICU患者呼吸道感染中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨预见性气道护理模式在重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)患者呼吸道感染中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年5月～2022年5月ICU收治的97例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组49例,观察组48例,对照组给予常规气道护理,观察组在常规气道护理的基础上实施预见性气道护理,比较两组患者呼吸道感染发生率、机械通气时间和ICU住院时间、患者的护理满意度.结果 观察组呼吸道感染发生率低于对照组;患者机械通气时间和ICU住院时间短于对照组;护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 实行预见性气道护理能够有效预防ICU患者发生呼吸道感染,缩短患者康复时间,提高患者的护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the application effect of predictive airway nursing model in preventing respiratory tract infection in in intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods Ninety-seven ICU patients in the hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were enrolled,and randomly classified into two groups.Control group(n=49)received convention airway nurs-ing,based on this,observation group(n=48)received predictive airway nursing.Then the respiratory tract infection rate,length of mechanical ventilation,length of ICU stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between groups.Results The incidence of respiratory tract infection in observation group was notably lower than that in control group.Observation group had remarkably decreased time to mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay compared with those of control group.The nurs-ing satisfaction time of observation group was higher than that of control group,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).Con-clusion Application of predictive airway nursing model can effectively prevent the respiratory tract infection in ICU pa-tients,shorten the rehabilitation time and improve the nursing satisfaction degree in patients.
