摘要
目的 探讨护理质量分级管理制度在消毒供应中心中的应用效果,为消毒供应中心器械的管理提供参考依据.方法 2020年6月～2021年4月本院消毒供应中心采用常规管理模式,使用随机列表法选取50件医疗器械纳入对照组,2021年5月～2022年3月采用护理质量分级管理制度,使用随机列表法选取50件医疗器械纳入实验组.对比2组医疗器械的清洗消毒质量、外来器械不良事件发生率、医护人员对消毒供应中心器械管理满意度.结果 实验组器械清洗合格率、消毒合格率、包装合格率、返洗合格率均高于对照组(P＜0.05);实验组外来器械不良事件发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05);实验组医务人员对消毒供应中心器械器械发放、回收、供应、服务质量、无菌物品质量、满意度总分评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 护理质量分级管理制度对提升消毒供应中心器械清洗消毒质量,降低外来器械不良事件发生率及提升医务人员对消毒供应中心器械管理满意度有一定效果.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing quality grading management system in instrument management in central sterile supply department,so as to provide reference for the relevant management.Methods From June 2020 to April 2021,50 medical instruments under conventional management mode in central sterile supply department were randomly enrolled as control group.From May 2021 to March 2022,another 50 medical instruments under nursing quality grading management in central sterile supply department were randomly enrolled as experimental group.The cleaning and disinfection quality of medical instruments,adverse events of loaned medical instruments,and the medical staff's satis-faction to the equipment management of central sterile supply department.Results The qualified rates of instrument clean-ing,disinfection,packaging and back washing in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).The adverse event rate of loaned medical instruments was lower in experimental group than in control group(P＜0.05).The to-tal scores of medical staff on instrument distribution,recovery,supply,service quality,quality of sterile equipment and over-all satisfaction score were notably higher in experimental group than in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The nursing quality grading management system has a certain effect on improving the cleaning and disinfection quality of instruments in central sterile supply department,which can effectively reduce the adverse events of loaned medical instruments and improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
