摘要
目的 研究程序化管理模式对俯卧位通气重症肺炎患者的效果.方法 选取我院2020年1月～2022年11月收治的100例俯卧位通气重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将患者分为研究组(n=50)和常规组(n=50),两组患者均接受常规护理,研究组则联合程序化管理模式.对比两组患者护理前后临床指标(机械通气时间、住院时间、肺部感染控制时间);对比两组患者并发症发生率和护理满意度.结果 研究组患者机械通气时间、住院时间和肺部感染控制时间较常规组患者显著更短(P＜0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率2.00％(1/50)较常规组患者14.00％(7/50)显著更低(P＜0.05);研究组患者护理满意度98.00％(49/50)较常规组患者84.00％(42/50)显著更高(P＜0.05).结论 程序化管理模式对俯卧位通气重症肺炎患者的护理效果较高,能够有效缩短恢复时间,降低并发症的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of procedural nursing management in patients with severe pneumo-nia underwent prone position ventilation.Methods One hundred patients with severe pneumonia underwent prone position ventilation in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were enrolled,and classified into two groups according to random number table methods,each with 50 cases.All subjects receive conventional nursing,based on this,study group re-ceived procedural nursing management.Then the clinical parameters(duration of mechanical ventilation,length of stay,and control of pulmonary infection),the complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between two group.Results The duration of mechanical ventilation,length of stay and control of pulmonary infection of study group were notably shorter than those of routine group,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).The complication rate was 2.00％(1/50)in study group,which was lower than 14.00％(7/50)in routine group,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate was 98.00％(49/50)in study group,which was higher than 84.00％(42/50)in routine group,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of procedural nursing management in patients with severe pneumonia underwent prone position ventilation can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction rate,shorten the recovery time and reduce the com-plication rate in patients.
