Objective To study the role of magnetic resonance 3D-pCASL imaging technology in the clinical diagnosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods Fifty patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from Oc-tober 2021 to October 2022 were selected as observation subjects.All 50 patients underwent routine magnetic resonance im-aging(MRI)and magnetic resonance 3D-pCASL examination.After the examination,the efficacy of different examination methods was analyzed by analyzing the basic data of the patients.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of magnetic reso-nance 3 D-pCASL examination was 98%,which was higher than that of conventional magnetic resonance examination(92%).Conclusion The use of magnetic resonance 3D-pCASL imaging in the diagnosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke can ensure the accuracy of the examination results,and the specificity and sensitivity of the examination methods are high.Therefore,it can provide a reliable reference basis for the clinical treatment of patients in the application.
