Effect of compound ipratropium bromide combined with Pulmicort resuscitation on the efficacy and safety of pneumoconiosis patients with large volume WLL during perioperative period
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound ipratropium bromide combined with Pulmicort resuscitation in large volume whole lung lavage(WLL)for pneumoconiosis.Methods 94 pneumoconiosis patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected,the patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=48),the control group was treated with large volume WLL,while the observation group was trea-ted with compound ipratropium bromide combined with Pulmicort resuscitation on the basis of the control group,the pulmo-nary function and blood gas index and so on were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results The forced lung volume(FVC),forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group after treatment were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);The blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05),while arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2)was significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05);The incidence of hypoxemia and airway pressure were 13.04％and 10.87％,respectively,significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compound iprat-ropium bromide combined with Pulmicort resuscitation has a good effect in the treatment of pneumoconiosis with large vol-ume WLL,which is worthy of clinical use.
