Objective To explore the effect of Yaobikang granule combined with calcitriol on patients with spinal frac-ture after percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).Methods 86 patients with PVP for spinal fracture admitted to the Depart-ment of Orthopedics of the First People's Hospital of Ruzhou City from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=43 cases)and the observation group(n=43 cases)according to the method of drawing lots.All of them received routine postoperative symptomatic treatment.Among them,the control group took calcitriol orally,the observation group took calcitriol orally,and the observation group took Yaobikang granules orally to compare the clinical effects,including bone metabolism,lumbar function Quality of life,etc.Results After one month of medication,the excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);Serum BGP,PINP and β-The level of CTX was significantly improved compared with the control group(P＜0.05);The ODI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The GQOLI-74 score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Yaobikang granule combined with calcitriol is obvious,which can ad-just the changes of bone metabolism after operation,improve the lumbar function and optimize the quality of life.
