摘要
目的 探究益肾健脾方加减治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果及对子宫内膜容受性和血清FSH、LH、TS-TO水平含量影响.方法 采用随机分组法将我院2020年3月到2021年9月妇科收治的90例多囊卵巢综合征患者分为观察组与对照组,两组各45例.对照组使用达英-35治疗,观察组在此基础上联合使用益肾健脾方治疗.观察两组患者治疗前后血清促卵泡刺激素、睾酮、促黄体生成素水平变化,以及子宫内膜厚度与血流状态.比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生率.结果 两组患者治疗前FSH、LH、TSTO水平均无显著变化(P＞0.05).治疗后观察组FSH、LH、TSTO水平均显著较对照组降低(P＜0.05).两组患者治疗前子宫内膜厚度、PI、RI水平无统计学差异(P＞0.05).治疗后观察组子宫内膜厚度较对照组显著增加,且PI、RI水平较对照组显著降低(P＜0.05).观察组临床总有效率为97.78％显著高于对照组86.68％(x2=3.872,P=0.049).观察组不良反应发生率为4.44％略低于对照组8.88％,但两组患者总不良反应发生率无显著差异(x2=0.714,P=0.398).结论 益肾健脾方加减治疗多囊卵巢综合征能有效降低患者血清FSH、LH、TSTO水平、提高临床疗效、增加子宫内膜厚度、降低宫动脉血流搏动指数和阻力指数,减少患者不良反应发生率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Yishen Jianpi docoction in the treatment of polycys-tic ovary syndrome and its effect on endometrial receptivity and serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hor-mone(LH)and testosterone(TSTO).Methods Ninety women with polycystic ovary syndrome in gynaecology department of our hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were enrolled,and classified into two groups via random number table methods,with 45 cases in each group.Control group received treatment with Diane-35,based on this,observation group re-ceived Yishen Jianpi docoction.Comparison was conducted on serum levels of FSH,LH and TSTO,endometrial thickness,pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI),clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate.Results Baseline FSH,LH and TSTO levels yielded no statistical difference between two groups,while the observation group had significantly lower post-treatment FSH,LH and TSTO levels compared with control group(P＜0.05).The endometrial thickness,PI and RI demon-strated no significant difference between two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,observation group had significantly larger endometrial thickness,as well as lower PI and RI compared with control group,with statistical difference(all P＜0.05).Ob-servation group achieved higher overall efficacy rate than control group(97.78％vs 86.68％,x2=3.872,P=0.049).Ob-servation group had slightly lower adverse reaction rate compared with control group(4.44％vs 8.88％,x2=0.714,P=0.398).Conclusion Application of modified Yishen Jianpi docoction for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can ef-fectively reduce serum FSH,LH and TSTO levels,increase endometrial thickness,and reduce PI,RI and adverse reaction.
