Effects of inhaled salbutamol combined with lung Heat Cough asthmatic Granules on inflammato-ry factors and lung function in children with bronchial pneumonia
Objective To investigate the effects of inhaled salbutamol combined with children's lung heat Kechuan granules on inflammatory factors and lung function in children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods A total of 87 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(44 cases). The control group was treated with salbutamol aerosol inhalation,on the basis of which, observation was made that the combination was treated with children's lung heat cough asthma granules for a week. The efficacy, lung function, inflammatory factors and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.45%)was higher than that of the control group(79.07%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum peak respiratory flow velocity(PEF)and 1s forced expiratory volume(FEV1)were all increased in both groups after treatment, and the above pulmonary function indexes in the observa-tion group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and procalcitonin(PCT)were decreased in both groups, and the levels of above inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the ratio of adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Inhaled salbutamol combined with children's lung heat cough Chuan granules can reduce inflammatory response, improve lung function, improve efficacy, and high safety.
