Effect of levocarnitine combined with creatine phosphate in myocardial injury after neonatal as-phyxia and analysis of serum cTnT and CK-MB expression levels
Objective To explore the effect of levocarnitine combined with sodium phosphate creatine in the treatment of myocardial injury after neonatal asphyxia(NA)and the changes in serum cardiac troponin(cTnT)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)expression levels. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 105 neonates with myocardial injury after NA admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2021,and they were divided into observation group(n=53)and control group(n=52)according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with creatine phosphate sodium, and the observation group was treated with levocarnitine on the basis of the control group. After 1 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy, serum cTnT,CK-MB levels and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.23%vs 84.62%,P<0.05).The serum cTnT and CK-MB levels of the two groups decreased after treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children(5.66%vs 7.69%,P>0.05).Conclusion Levocarnitine com-bined with creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of myocardial injury after NA can effectively reduce the serum cTnT and CK-MB levels and improve the clinical efficacy, which is a safe and effective treatment.
