Objective To study the clinical application of ultrasonic gastroscopy combined with CA199 detection in ear-ly gastrointestinal cancer.Methods Fifty patients with suspected early gastrointestinal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected,and all patients underwent ultrasonic gastroscopy.Taking pathological exami-nation as the gold standard,the positive detection rate of ultrasonic gastroscopy was analyzed.Serum cancer antigen 199(CA1 99)was detected in all patients,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was plotted to evaluate the diagnos-tic value of ultrasonic gastroscopy combined with CA199 detection in early gastrointestinal cancer.Results Ultrasonic gas-troscopy showed that 40 cases were positive for early gastrointestinal cancer,with a positive rate of 88.88%,and 5 cases were negative.Serum CA1 99 level of positive patients was notably higher than that of negative patients(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound gastroscopy in diagnosing early gastrointestinal cancer were 88.9%and 40.0%,respectively;The sensitivity and specificity of serum CA199 in diagnosing early gastrointestinal cancer were 86.7%and 58.6%,respectively;The combined diagnostic sensitivity of 92.30%and specificity of 80.00%were significantly higher than those of individual tests(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound gastroscopy combined with CA199 detection has high value in the diagnosis of early gastrointestinal cancer,which can effectively improve the diagnostic value.
