Objective To provide clinical basis for primary medical units by exploration of prescriptions and drug-uses of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)for treating mild COVID-19 infection in the relevant literature.Methods A total of the 15 newest prescriptions after 2022 for the treatment of mild COVID-19 infection issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the health commissions of provinces were collected.A standardized database was established.15 prescriptions were analyzed by using SPSS 24.0 software.Results The top 1 most frequently used prescription is Yin-qiao San.The top 5 most frequently used TCM were Gancao(12 times),Lianqiao(9 times),Guang Huoxiang(8 times),Ji-nyinhua(8 times)and Xingren(8 times).According to the classification of efficacy,the top 5 drugs were heat-clearing drugs(39 times),deficiency-tonifying drugs(17 times),phlegmresolving,cough-relieving,asthma-relieving drugs(15 times),dampness-eliminating drugs(13 times)and exterior-relieving drugs(10 times).The main meridian was lung(79 times),stomach(60 times),spleen(30 times),heart(29 times)and gallbladder(14 times).Conclusion Yinqiao San is an impor-tant prescription for the treatment of mild COVID-19 infection in primary medical units.Gancao,Lianqiao,Guang Huoxiang,Jinyinhua and Xingren can be used as common Chinese herbal medicines,and the addition of them can make a better cura-tive effect.
