Study on the intervention effect of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)sachets with enhance-ment of lung function and immunity on susceptible ground based on the theory of preventing dis-ease
Objective The use of strong lung solid surface sachets to observe the frequency of disease,symptoms,physi-cal characteristics of people susceptible to cold,to provide a safe,simple,economic,effective prevention and control inter-vention method for people susceptible to cold.Methods A total of 200 cases of people susceptible to colds were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,100 people in each group.The intervention group was given QiangFeiGu-Biao sachets to wear and replace regularly,and the control gro up was given blank control,life and work as usual.The num-ber of cold,cold symptoms and signs score of the two groups during the study period,the number of cold 3 months,6 months and 1 year after the end of the study,and the effect of QiangFeiGuBiao sachets on t he prevention and treatment of people susceptible to cold with different constitutions were observed.Results The intervention group had fewer colds and milder cold symptoms during the study period than the control group.The number of colds in the intervention group decreased at 3 months after the end of the study compared with that before the intervention,but the number of colds at 6 months and 1 year after the end of the study did not improve significantly compared with that before the study.Strong lung solid surface sachet for Qi-Deficiency type,Yang deficiency type,phlegm-dampness type constitution susceptible to cold population effect is ob-vious.Conclusion Strong lung solid surface sachets have good prevention and treatment effect and high safety on people prone to cold.They can reduce the frequency of disease and reduce the symptoms of people prone to cold,and have a more significant prevention and treatment effect on people prone to cold whose physique is Qi-Deficiency,Yang deficiency and phlegm-dampness.It provides reliable clinical basis for the promotion and use of strong lung solid surface sachets in people prone to cold.It embodies the unique advantages of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
