Objective To study the correlation analysis of thrombologram, coagulation function and platelet count in pa-tients with hemorrhagic stroke. Methods A total of 80 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Zhongshan Chenxinghai Hospital from June 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects and included into the intracerebral hemorrhage group.According to the expansion of hematoma of the patients, they were divided into an expanded hematoma group and an unexpanded hematoma group(36 cases and 44 cases, respectively),and 30 healthy people of the same period were selected as the control group. The thromboelasmogram and coagulation function of all subjects were evaluated. Results After analysis,D-dimer(D-D),fibrinogen(FIB),thrombin time(TT)and platelet count(PLT)in the intracerebral hemorrhage group were higher than those in the control group(P;In terms of thromboelastogram, the clotting reaction time(R)and blood clot formation time(K)in the cerebral hemorrhage group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The included angle(Angel)and the maximum amplitude(MA)of the maximum curve radian of the tracing dia-gram between the tangent and the horizontal line were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);There was no statis-tically significant difference in the coagulation function between the enlarged group and the non-enlarged group(P>0.05);The R and K of the thrombus enlargement group were higher than those of the non-enlargement group, and Angel and MA were lower than those of the non-enlargement group. Conclusion In the patients with cerebral hemorrhage,thrombox-elasmogram can play a role in the evaluation of coagulation function, but it has a limited role in the use of coagulation drugs in cerebral hemorrhage.
