Effect of three-dimensional stereotactic multi-target guided neuroendoscopy on the treatment of elderly patients with thalamic hemorrhage and ventricle entry and its influence on inflammatory factors and stress levels
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of three-dimensional stereotactic multi-target guided neuroendo-scopic surgery in elderly patients with thalamic hemorrhage broken into the ventricle.Methods From August 2018 to Au-gust 2022,96 elderly patients with thalamic hemorrhage broken into the ventricle were selected in our department by draw-ing lots.The control group(n=48)was given simple external ventricular drainage,and the observation group(n=48)was given three-dimensional stereotactic multi-target guided neuroendoscopy.Perioperative indexes,levels of inflammatory fac-tors,levels of traumatic stress and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the time of drainage tube insertion,hospital stay,hematoma clearance time,operation time and cerebrospinal fluid return to normal time were shorter in observation group than in control group,and the levels of EP,Cor,ACTH,IL-6,TNF-α,PCT and com-plication rate were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion 3D stereotactic multi-target guided neuroen-doscopy can effectively reduce inflammation and traumatic stress response in elderly patients with thalamic hemorrhage pen-etrating into the ventricle,improve the therapeutic effect and have high safety.
