Objective To investigate the effects of individualized care and continuous care for patients with Helicobact-er pylori(HP)-positive chronic gastritis.Methods Random number table method divided 106 patients with H.pylori-posi-tive chronic gastritis patients admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to September 2023 into 53 cases each in the ob-servation group and the control group.The control group used continuity care and the observation group used individualised care combined with continuity care to compare the health knowledge,self-behavioural management evaluation,HP eradica-tion rate and recurrence rate of the patients in the 2 groups.Results After care,the score of health knowledge acquisition of the observation group was higher than that of the pre-care and control groups(P＜0.05);the score of self-behavioural management evaluation of the observation group was higher than that of the pre-care and control groups(P＜0.05).The HP eradication rate and recurrence rate of the observation group and the control group were higher and lower than those of the control group,respectively(P＜0.05).Conclusion Individualised nursing care and continuity of care applied to patients with HP infection-positive chronic gastritis can effectively improve patients'health knowledge,enhance patients'self-behav-ioural management evaluation,increase the eradication rate of HP and reduce the recurrence rate of HP,which is worthy of promotion.
