吸入性乙酰半胱氨酸联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗老年肺炎的效果研究

摘要
目的 探讨吸入性乙酰半胱氨酸联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗老年肺炎的效果.方法 选取2020.10-2023.10来我院治疗的102例老年肺炎患者按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各51例.对照组采用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗[1],研究组采用吸入性乙酰半胱氨酸联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗[2].观察并比较两组的临床疗效、肺功能指标、炎症因子、患者住院时间和治疗安全性.结果 研究组临床疗效94.12％高于对照组80.39％(P＜0.05);治疗后两组肺泡通气量(VA)、最大呼气中段流量(MMEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大通气量(MVV)均升高,研究组高于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组患者平均住院时间较对照组短(P＜0.05);两组治疗安全性比较无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论 吸入性乙酰半胱氨酸联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗老年肺炎可以明显改善肺功能,提高临床疗效,减少患者住院时间.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acetylcysteine inhalation therapy combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of pneumonia in the elderly.Methods One hundred and two elderly patients with pneumonia in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected,and classified into two groups using random number table method,each with 51 cases.Control group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium[1],whereas study group adopted acetylcysteine inhalation therapy combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium[2].Then the clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indexes,inflammatory factors,length of hospital stay and treatment safety of two groups were observed and compared.Results Study group reported a higher clinical efficacy rate than control group(94.12％vs 80.39％,P＜0.05).After treatment,alveolar ventilation volume(VA),maximum mid-expiratory flow(MMEF),forced vital capacity(FVC)and maximum ventilation volume(MVV)showed an increase in all patients,and the increase was more notable in study group than in control group(P＜0.05).The average of length of stay was shorter in stud-y group compared to control group(P＜0.05).No statistical difference was reported in safety profile between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Application of acetylcysteine inhalation therapy combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbac-tam sodium in the treatment of pneumonia in the elderly can effectively improve the pulmonary function and shorten the length of stay.
