摘要
目的 探究复合保温措施联合语言唤醒在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者全麻中的运用效果,为手术中保温方案的选择提供参考.方法 选取我院2018年4月-2023年4月收治的106例行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组58例.对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组在对照组基础上采用复合保温措施联合语言唤醒护理方法.采用统计学分析两组全麻下腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者不同时间点(手术开始前、术中0.5h、术中1.5h、手术结束时)的体温变化、麻醉苏醒质量(清醒时间、呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间)以及认知功能(定向力评分、回忆能力评分、计算能力评分、短时记忆力评分以及语言和模仿能力评分等)结果 手术开始前,两组体温比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);实验组术中0.5h、术中1.5h、手术结束时体温均高于对照组(P＜0.05).实验组患者的清醒时间、拔管时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.05).实验组患者在计算能力评分、回忆能力评分、定向力评分以及语言和模仿能力评分等认知功能评分明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者应用复合保温护理措施联合语言唤醒,可以稳定术中体温变化,提高患者苏醒质量,值得在临床实践中大力推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of composite thermal insulation measures combined with voice-aided awakening in laparoscopy assisted myomectomy in the management of uterine myomas under general anesthesia,and to provide a reference for selection of intraoperative the thermal insulation measures.Methods One hundred and six patients underwent laparoscopy assisted myomectomy in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2023 were selected,and randomly as-signed into two groups,each with 58 cases.Control group was given routine nursing intervention,based on this,experimental group added composite thermal insulation measures combined with voice-aided awakening interventions.The changes in body temperature,quality of emergence from anesthesia(awakening time,spontaneous breathing recovery time,extubation time),and cognitive function(orientation,recalling,calculation,short-term memory,language,imitation)at different time points(before operation,0.5h after anesthesia induction,1.5h after anesthesia induction,and the end of the operation)were statistically analyzed in all patients.Results The body temperature yielded no statistical difference between two groups at the baseline(P＞0.05),while the body temperature at 0.5h after anesthesia induction,1.5h after anesthesia induction,and the end of the operation were higher in experimental group than in control group(P＜0.05).Experimental group had de-creased time to anesthesia awakening and spontaneous breathing recovery than control group(P＜0.05).The scores of cal-culation,recalling,orientation,short-term memory,language and imitation abilities were higher in experimental group than in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of composite thermal insulation measures combined with voice-aided a-wakening in laparoscopy assisted myomectomy in the management of uterine myomas under general anesthesia can effective-ly stabilize intraoperative temperature changes and improve the quality of emergence from anesthesia,which is worthy of rec-ommendation.
