重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶对宫颈高危型HPV感染患者阴道微生态环境相关免疫因子的影响

摘要
目的 探讨宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者接受重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗对其阴道微生态环境相关免疫因子的影响.方法 掷硬币法将2020年10月至2022年10月期间我科98例宫颈高危型HPV感染患者分为2组(各49例),对照组应用保妇康栓治疗,研究组增加重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶交替给药治疗,均行3个疗程治疗后,比较两组HPV转阴率和微生态恢复率、阴道微环境因子、外周炎症因子水平、阴道清洁度和不良反应.结果 治疗3个疗程后,研究组HPV转阴率、微生态恢复率和阴道Ⅰ-Ⅱ度清洁度均高于对照组,SNA和LE阳性率、CRP、IL-1β、TNF-α和阴道Ⅲ-Ⅳ度清洁度均明显较对照组低(P＜0.05),NAG、H2 O2阳性率较对照组无显著差异(P＞0.05),两组均无明显不良反应.结论 重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶可有效改善宫颈高危型HPV感染患者阴道微生态环境相关免疫因子和炎症因子水平,提高患者阴道清洁度,微生态恢复率和HPV转阴率,且较安全.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel therapy on vaginal microeco-logical environment related immune factors in patients with high-risk cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Meth-ods Ninety-eight patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection in our department from October 2020 to October 2022 were divided into 2 groups(49 cases each)by coin toss.The control group was treated with Baofukang Supp,while the research group was treated with recombinant human interferon alpha-2B gel alternately.After 3 courses of treatment,the patients were treated with recombinant human interferon alpha-2B gel.HPV negative conversion rate and microecological recovery rate,va-ginal microenvironmental factors,peripheral inflammatory factors,vaginal cleanliness and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 courses of treatment,the HPV negative conversion rate,microecological recovery rate and vaginal Ⅰ-Ⅱ cleanliness in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the positive rates of SNA and LE,CRP,IL-1 β,TNF-α and vaginal Ⅲ-Ⅳ cleanliness were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the positive rates of NAG and H2O2 compared with the control group(P＞0.05),and no obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Recombinant human interferonα-2b gel can effectively improve the levels of immune factors and inflammatory factors related to vaginal microecological en-vironment in patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection,improve vaginal cleanliness,microecological recovery rate and HPV negative conversion rate,and it is safe.
