联合CEA、CA242、CA19-9检测在直肠癌诊断中的敏感度及特异度分析

摘要
目的 探讨血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖抗原242(carbohydrate antigen,CA242)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)联合检测在直肠癌诊断中的敏感度、特异度分析.方法 2022年1 月至2023年1月间收治的100例直肠癌患者作为研究组,选取同期100例健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组血清CEA、CA19-9和CA242水平,建立ROC曲线分析血清CEA、CA242、CA19-9水平联合检测对诊断直肠癌的灵敏度和特异度.结果 研究组血清CEA、CA242、CA19-9水平均较对照组高(P＜0.05);根据ROC曲线显示,联合检测AUC为0.951,特异度为83％,敏感度为97％,均高于单个指标检测(P＜0.05).结论 血清CEA、CA242、CA19-9水平联合检测用于诊断直肠癌患者中,其临床诊断价值较高,对直肠癌诊断及治疗具有重要意义.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of combined testing of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242)and CA19-9 in serum for the diagnosis of rectal cancer.Methods One hundred cases of rectal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were enrolled as study group,and another 100 cases of medical check-ups were concurrently selected as control group.Serum CEA,CA242 and CA19-9 levels were compared between groups,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was plotted to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of the combined testing of CEA,CA242 and CA19-9 in serum for the diagnosis of rectal cancer.Results Serum CEA,CA50 and CA19-9 levels were all elevated in study group compared to control group(P＜0.05).ROC curve analysis denoted that the area under the curve(ACU),specificity and sensitivity of combined testing of CEA,CA242,and CA19-9 in serum for the diagnosis of rectal cancer were 0.951,83％and 97％,which were all larger than those of separate testing(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined testing of CEA,CA242 and CA19-9 in serum is of great clinical value for the di-agnosis and treatment of rectal cancer.
