摘要
目的 探讨临床护理采用积极心理干预对异常子宫出血患者疾病进展恐惧的影响.方法 选择我院2021年1月-2023年1 月收治的异常子宫出血患者160例,按就诊顺序随机分为对照组(n=80)和干预组(n=80).对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予常规护理联合积极心理干预.比较干预前后两组的疾病恐惧程度[采用恐惧疾病进展量表(FoP-Q-SF)]和心理状态[采用焦虑自评表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)],分析积极心理干预对异常子宫出血患者疾病进展恐惧的影响.结果 干预后,干预组患者在积极心理干预后的SAS、SDS、FoP评分均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),两组患者的焦虑、抑郁的心理状态和疾病进展恐惧程度有明显差异.结论 对异常子宫出血患者实施积极心理干预手段,可以有效地缓解患者恐惧疾病进展程度,具有一定的应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of positive psychological intervention on fear of progression in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 160 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group(n=80)and intervention group(n=80)according to the order of treatment.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given routine nursing combined with positive psychological intervention.Then the level of fear[using Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FoP-Q-SF)]and psychological status[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)]before and after interventions were compared between two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and FoP in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the psychological states of anxiety and depression and the degree of fear of disease progression were significantly different between the two groups.Conclusion Application of positive psychological intervention in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can effec-tively alleviate the level of fear in patients,which is of certain value.
