集束化护理在预防老年阑尾术后下肢深静脉血栓中的应用分析

摘要
目的 探究集束化护理在预防老年阑尾术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)中的应用分析.方法 将2018年1月至2021年3月期间,在本院接受阑尾腹腔镜切除术的56例患者,依据随机数字表法的原则,均匀划分为观察组和对照组,观察组28例进行临床路径护理,对照组进行临床路径护理+集束化护理.比较2组患者术后并发症率、住院时间及首次下床时间、不良情绪改善等情况.结果 观察组患者术后总并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组住院时间及术后首次下床时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05);护理后,2组HAMA评分及HAMD评分较护理前均降低(P＜0.05),观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在临床护理路径的基础上对腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者再进行集束化护理,可降低患者术后DVT的发生风险,缩短术后恢复时间,减少或消除患者围术期负面情绪.
Abstract
Objective From January 2018 to March 2021,56 patients who underwent laparoscopic appendiceal resec-tion in our hospital were evenly divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random num-ber table method,with 28 patients in the observation group receiving clinical pathway nursing and control group receiving clinical pathway nursing+bundle nursing in the control group.The postoperative complication rate,length of hospital stay,time to first get out of bed,and improvement of adverse mood were compared between the two groups.Results The total postoperative complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The length of hospital stay and the time of first postoperative bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the HAMA score and HAMD score in the two groups were lower than those before nursing(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of clini-cal nursing path combined with cluster nursing in the nursing intervention of elderly laparoscopic Appendicitis patients helps to promote postoperative recovery,reduce the risk of postoperative Deep vein thrombosis,and reduce or eliminate the periop-erative negative emotions of patients.
