摘要
《伤寒论》辨太阳病、少阳病、阳明病、太阴病、少阴病、厥阴病脉证并治,其核心是以"津液"为基础的六病辨证体系.六病辨证体系以表里三分法为基础,因感邪程度和表里不同,论述津液在机体输布离合的代谢状态以及病传衍化的证治规律,从太阳感邪开始,遵循"表邪入里"论述六病病传和衍化规律.文章论述三阳病三阴病的发病和见证,从而正确应用六病证治法则.
Abstract
Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease distinguishes Taiyang disease,Shaoyang disease,Yangming disease,Taiyin disease,Shaoyin disease and Jueyin disease,and treats them through the differentiation of diseases,pulses and syndromes.Its core is the six disease syndrome differentiation system based on"body fluid".The syndrome differentiation system of the six diseases is based on three Yin and three Yang of external and internal factors.Due to the different degrees of perception of external pathogens and external and internal diseases,this paper discussed the metabolic state of body fluid transportation,separation and combination in the body,as well as the syndrome and treatment laws of the disease evolution.Starting from the perception of external pathogens in the Taiyang state,it followed the"external pathogens entering the internal"to discuss the transmission and evolution laws of the six diseases.This article discussed the characteristics and syndromes of the three Yang diseases and three Yin diseases,in order to correctly apply the six diseases syndrome and treatment principles.
