摘要
通过比较分析《中医病证诊断疗效标准》《中药新药临床研究指导原则(试行)》《支气管哮喘中医证候诊断标准(2016版)》《支气管哮喘中医诊疗专家共识(2012)》《支气管哮喘中西医结合诊疗中国专家共识》《中医内科学》统编教材等,以及学术界近20年有关支气管哮喘中医辨证文献,确认权威文献之间、学术界之间、权威文献与学术界之间均存在较大出入,中医辨证严重失范.故剖析客观存在的诸多问题,并提出重新辨证规范的思路与方法.
Abstract
By analyzing and comparing the diagnostic and therapeutic standards for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,Guideline for the Clinical Research on new traditional Chinese medicine drugs(Trail),Diagnostic standards for traditional Chi-nese medicine syndromes in bronchial asthma(2016 edition),Consensus of experts in traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma(2012),Consensus of Chinese and foreign experts in the integrated diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma,and Unified textbooks"Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine",as well as academic literature on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in bronchial asthma in the past 20 years,It has been found that there are significant discrepancies between authoritative literature,academic circles,and between authoritative literature and academic cir-cles,resulting in serious irregularities in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation.Therefore,analyzing the many objectively existing problems and proposing new ideas and methods for dialectical standardization.
