Effect of Qingre Huoxue Zhubi Decoction(清热活血逐痹汤)Combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning(正清风痛宁)on Inflammatory Response and Quality of Life of Gouty Arthritis
Objective To explore the effect of Qingre Huoxue Zhubi Decoction(清热活血逐痹汤)combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning(正清风痛宁)on inflammatory response and quality of life of gouty arthritis.Methods In this study,70 patients with gouty arthritis from February 2020 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qingre Huoxue Zhu-bi Decoction combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning for 2 months.The levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),blood uric acid(UA),interleukin-1 β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were measured before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,visual analog scale(VAS)score and WHOQOL-BREF score of the two groups were compared.Results The reduction degree of TCM syndrome scores in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of CRP and UA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of IL-1 β,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The pain relief degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the VAS score decreased more signifi-cantly(P＜0.05).The WHOQOL-BREF score of quality of life in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05),and the quality of life in both groups was improved.Compared with that in the control group,the score in the observation group was more significantly increased(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 85.71％,which was lower than that of the observation group(97.14％),with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Qin-gre Huoxue Zhubi Decoction combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning has the effect of clearing heat and removing dampness,pro-moting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and dispering Bi syndrome and dredging vessels.It can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with gouty arthritis,dilate blood vessels,improve microcirculation,anti-inflammation and relieve pain.It can improve the clinical effect of gouty arthritis patients.
