Effect of Invigorating Spleen and Removing Dampness Method on Clinical Symptoms and Inflammatory Factors of Girls Vulvovaginal Vaginitis before Puberty
Objective To explore the effect of invigorating spleen and removing dampness method on clinical symptoms,serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and interleukin 6(IL-6).Methods Sixty cases of girls(pre puberty)with vulvovaginal vaginitis admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the re-search objects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each according to the random number table.The control group used the conventional treatment scheme(health education+symptomatic treatment),and the ob-servation group was treated with invigorating spleen and removing dampness method therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The vaginal pH value ≤4.5 before and after treatment as well as the dominance of lactobacilli were calculated.Before and after treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,immunoglobulin M(IgM),serum immuno-globulin G(IgG)and serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)were recorded,and the recurrence status was recorded at 3 and 6 months of follow-up.The recurrence criteria met the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine.Results After treatment,the improvement time of itching,pain and purulent secretions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The vaginal pH value≤4.5 and the number of lactobacilli in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the im-provement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IgM of two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),while the levels of IgG and IgA were higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the improvement in the observation group after treatment was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the 3-month recurrence rate between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05),while the 6-month recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Serious Adverse drug reaction were found in both groups after treatment.Conclusion Invigorating spleen and remo-ving dampness method can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of girls vulvovaginal vaginitis before puberty,and has positive significance for the improvement of vaginal flora and immune function of children.
