Observation on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture and Medicine Combined Treatment of Adenomyopathy(Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type)and its Influence on Ovarian Function and Immune Function of Patients
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture and medicine combined treatment of adenomyopathy(Qi-defi-ciency and blood-stasis type)and its influence on ovarian function and immune function.Methods Sixty-three patients with ad-enomyopathy(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)(admitted from September 2021 to August 2022)were included in this experi-mental study.The patients were divided into control group(31 cases)and observation group(32 cases)by random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with dinorgestrel,and the patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and drug on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Observation of patient data in each group:Curative effect,changes of TCM symptom scores(abdominal pain during menstruation,prolonged menstruation,heavy menstruation,pale and dull face,anal distension discomfort,etc.),changes of dysmenorrhea severity(VAS)and menstrual volume before and af-ter treatment,levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)were measured to ob-serve ovarian function in each group.Immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)were determined to evaluate the immune function and adverse reactions.Results The curative effect of control group and observation group was 77.42％and 96.88％,respectively,the latter was higher(P＜0.05).Before treatment,TCM syndrome scores(abdominal pain,prolonged menstrual period,heavy menstrual flow,pale and dark face,anal distension discomfort,etc.)and VAS scores were compared with menstrual volume,ovarian function indexes(FSH,LH,E2)and immune function indexes(IgA,IgG,IgM)in all groups,P＞0.05.After treatment,TCM syndrome score,VAS score,menstrual volume,ovarian func-tion index and immune function index of all groups were improved,and observation group was better than control group,with P＜0.05.The adverse reaction rate was lower in all groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of adenomyopathy(Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type)has a good effect,and the clinical symptoms,ovari-an function and immune function of the patients are improved,and the treatment side effects are less,which is worthy of applica-tion.
