Research Progress on Correlation between Olfactory and Cognitive Disorders Based on Olfactory-Brain Correlation Pathway
Cognitive impairment refers to the pathological process of abnormalities in brain processing related to learning,memory and thinking and judgement,resulting in learning and memory impairment,accompanied by aphasia,dysarthria,dyscogni-tion,dysarthria and other changes,which has a great impact on the patients,the family,and the society,and is related to a variety of illnesses and is closely related to olfactory disorders.Early interventional treatment of cognitive disorders can help to slow down the progression of the disease.This article reviewed the relationship between olfaction and cognition,with the aim of providing new approaches and ideas for the prevention and treatment of cognitive disorders.
