Research Progress of Cannabinoid Type Ⅱ Receptor in Femoral Head Necrosis
Cannabinoid type Ⅱ receptor(CB2R)is an important component of the endogenous cannabinoid system, and has been widely used in clinical and research applications because of its analgesic,anti-inflammatory,antiepileptic,anti-fibrotic and bone metabolism modulating effects. In recent years, the use of CB2R for the treatment of a variety of difficult diseases has be-come a research hotspot, especially for the treatment of orthopedic diseases.Currently, there is no definitive method for early to mid-stage femoral head necrosis(ONFH)patients, and because of its anti-inflammatory,pain-relieving,promoting osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs and maintaining bone remodeling homeostasis effects,CB2 has been investigated in the hope that it can become an effective target for the treatment of ONFH.
