摘要

大麻素Ⅱ型受体(CB2R)是内源性大麻素系统的重要组成部分,因其具有镇痛、抗炎、抗癫痫、抗纤维化及调节骨代谢等作用,已被广泛应用于临床及研究.近年来利用CB2R治疗多种疑难疾病已成为研究热点,尤其是对于骨科疾病的治疗.目前针对早中期股骨头坏死(ONFH)患者尚无疗效确切的方法,由于CB2具有抗炎、缓解疼痛、促进BM-SCs成骨分化以及维持骨重塑稳态等作用,因此对其展开研究,希望CB2R能成为治疗ONFH的有效靶点.

Abstract

Cannabinoid type Ⅱ receptor(CB2R)is an important component of the endogenous cannabinoid system,and has been widely used in clinical and research applications because of its analgesic,anti-inflammatory,antiepileptic,anti-fibrotic and bone metabolism modulating effects.In recent years,the use of CB2R for the treatment of a variety of difficult diseases has be-come a research hotspot,especially for the treatment of orthopedic diseases.Currently,there is no definitive method for early to mid-stage femoral head necrosis(ONFH)patients,and because of its anti-inflammatory,pain-relieving,promoting osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs and maintaining bone remodeling homeostasis effects,CB2 has been investigated in the hope that it can become an effective target for the treatment of ONFH.
