Evaluation of Study Travel Service Capacity Based on Entropy Value Method and Coupled Coordination Degree Model——With a Case Study of Chengdu City
Study travel service capacity is one of the key dimensions to measure the quality of study travel service,and an im-portant force to promote the high-quality development of study travel.The paper constructs an evaluation index system of study and learning travel service capacity based on the"Study and Learning Travel Service Specification",which includes the service el-ements of education and explanation,transportation,accommodation and catering,and medical assistance,and analyses the study and learning travel service capacity of Chengdu City from 2013 to 2021with the linear weighted comprehensive evaluation model and the coupling degree of coordination model.The results show that:transportation service is an important factor affecting the ser-vice capacity of study travel;the service capacity of the study travel service system in Chengdu city is gradually increasing,and the development of each sub-system shows obvious stage change characteristics;the service capacity of the accommodation and catering service sub-system is generally decreasing,while that of the transportation service sub-system,the education and expla-nation service sub-system and the medical aid service sub-system is generally rising.The development of the various subsystems is in a state of dissonance,but the degree of coupling coordination is gradually improving,showing a positive development trend.Finally,strategies are proposed to promote the service capacity of study tours in Chengdu,such as stabilising the talent base,guid-ing accommodation and catering enterprises to integrate into study tours,improving the capacity of transport services and educa-tion and explanation services,and reinforcing the role of medical assistance as a basic safeguard for study tours.
