负载型咪唑离子液体催化合成2,3-二氢喹唑啉-4(1H)-酮反应研究

介绍了一种温和条件下催化合成2,3-二氢喹唑啉-4(1H)-酮的方法.该方法以负载型咪唑离子液体Al-MCM-41@ILCeCl4 为催化剂,在乙醇溶剂中,催化苯甲醛和2-氨基苯甲酰胺进行反应得到目标化合物,产率高达94%.Al-MCM-41@ILCeCl4催化剂具有制备方法简单、稳定性好、回收利用便捷等优点,符合绿色化学的发展方向,具有良好的应用前景.
Study on Synthesis of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one Catalyzed by Supported Imidazole Ionic Liquid
A type of Al-MCM-41 supported dual imidazolium ionic liquid Al-MCM-41@ILCe Cl4 has been synthesized and efficiently used as an catalyst in the one-pot synthesis of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one in the condensation of benzaldehyde and anthranilamide.It was shown that the high efficiency with high yield of 94%was achieved under mild conditions.Moreover,the catalyst was stable,very active,robust,and displayed good recyclability without significant loss of catalytic activity after five consecutive cycles during the process.The advantages of Al-MCM-41@ILCe Cl4 are simple preparation method,excellent biocom-patibility and convenient recycling,which meet the development direction of green chemistry and possess good industrial applica-tion prospects.
