Comparison of Main Nutritional Components of Zanthoxylum Jiuphylla in Three Different Regions
The Zantloxylunarmatum var.Novemfolius from different regions were selected,and their contents of main nutri-ents,heavy metal and pesticide residues were measured by the methods of national food standards.Results showed that the essen-tial oil content of var.novemfolius in the Longhe Town of Liuzhi city was higher than in the Jiangjin County of Chongqing City,and the essential oil contents of var.novemfolius were significantly different in three different regions.In addition,the content of non-volatile ether extract of var.novemfolius in Longhe Town of Liuzhi city was significantly higher than that in the Jiangjin Coun-ty of Chongqing City.In summary,the nutritional quality of Zantloxylunarmatum var.novem-folius from Longhe Town of Liuzhi city with strong fragrance is higher than that from Jiangjin County of Chongqing City.The content of heavy metal and pesticide resi-dues of Zantloxylunarmatum var.novemfolius from the Longhe Town of Liuzhi city meets the national food safety standards,so it is necessary to promote it locally.
