Construction of Teaching Quality Evaluation Index System Based on CIPP Model
The comprehensive and scientific evaluation system is an important basis for examining the evaluation index of the teaching quality of large units of physical education in China.According to the basic concept and requirements of the new curricu-lum standard,based on the theoretical framework of the CIPP model,a teaching quality evaluation index system of large physical education units with 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators as the main content is con-structed,and the weight of each index is determined by AHP.An 18-hour large-unit teaching course of track and field conducted by the first grade of a middle school in Yantai City was used as an empirical test.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to conduct an empirical analysis of the index system.The test results were basically consistent with the expert evaluation re-sults,indicating that the CIPP model based on the teaching quality evaluation index system of large-unit sports was reliable.It re-alizes the preliminary quantitative evaluation of the teaching quality of sports large unit,and provides a high operational evaluation tool for the objective evaluation of the teaching quality of sports large unit.
