Construction and Empirical Testing of the Professional Ability Evaluation System for Rural Tourism Talents in the Era of Artificial Intelligence
The rural tourism industry is an important driving force for promoting rural revitalization,and talent team construction is a key part of it.Explaining the new requirements given to rural tourism talents in the era of artificial intelligence plays an important role in the development of rural tourism industry.Based on existing literature and re-search,the constituent elements of rural tourism talent's professional ability were sorted and classified,and the vari-ous indicators and weight coefficients of the professional ability evaluation system were determined.The results showed that the system matched well with the actual situation.The professional ability evaluation system for rural tourism talents provides quantitative guidance and effective tools for talent cultivation.In the future,the evaluation system should be combined to further strengthen the construction of the rural tourism talent team through the estab-lishment of professional qualifications,formulation of industry standards,and adjustment of training plans.
