The former Central Soviet Area in southern Jiangxi has abundant red resources and has made remarkable achievements in development practice in the new era,laying cultural resource advantages,national policy advantages and development foundation advantages for red resources to serve the revitalization of the Soviet area.In practice,the former Central Soviet Area in southern Jiangxi has revitalized red tourism resources,driven industrial revitalization,inherited red genes,built rural civilization,carried forward the spirit of the Soviet area,forged cadres,and fully acti-vated the economic and cultural value of red resources.At the same time,the former Central Soviet Area in southern Jiangxi is also facing realistic challenges such as the increasing pressure of the local government in the protection and management of red resources,the high innovative requirements for the development and utilization of red re-sources,and the shortage of relevant talents.It can be explored and optimized from the aspects of innovating the pro-tection and management system and mechanism of red resources,guiding social capital to participate in the develop-ment of red resources,and expanding the talent team for the development and utilization of red resources,so as to make better use of red resources and serve the revitalization of the Soviet area.
