Research on the Internal Logic and Path of Green Finance Development From the Perspective of Rural Revitalization
Under the development requirements of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,it is necessary to build a new path of green finance to support rural revitalization and promote green development in rural areas.Green develop-ment leads rural revitalization,and puts forward clear requirements for the improvement of the rural ecological envi-ronment,the adjustment of production methods,and the green upgrading of industries.Green finance will play an important role.At present,the prospects of the green supply market for rural revitalization are broad,green risk com-pensation methods are emerging,and the spillover value of green finance is prominent.However,there are also prob-lems such as limited financial allocation capabilities of rural economy,insufficient financial support,and immature market pricing mechanisms for rural revitalization projects.Efforts should be made from four aspects:policy guid-ance,asset allocation functions,risk management functions,and market pricing functions.Fully leverage the positive role of green finance to provide effective reference for supporting rural revitalization through green finance.
